Every dollar you donate makes a difference in the life of child!
It costs approximately $153/day per child in our care. 65% of the Kids Campus budget is funded by the State of Arizona and the remaining 35% is raised through various fund raising events, grants, and gifts from individual donors, corporations, and foundations. Our fundraising efforts exceed $1,000,000 annually. We exist because YOU care! Won't you join us for the incredible journey into a brighter future for our children?
None of what we do would be possible without the financial and in-kind support of our WVCCC friends. Many individuals, community groups, corporations and foundations have made it possible over the years for us to:
- Build and furnish a campus that is child-friendly, safe and welcoming.
- Develop new programs that are responsive to the changing needs of the children we serve.
- Attract and retain high-quality employees.
How Can I Help?
1. Make a tax deductible donation of cash or securities to WVCCC. Credit card gifts are also accepted.
2. Give at Your Workplace. The only way we receive funds is if you specifically write us in! We are United Way agency # 166.
3. Explore Employer Matching Gift programs. Call us to see if your employer has one!
4. Earn a state tax credit of up to $200 through your donation. WVCCC qualifies for the “working poor tax credit”.

8. Yellow Brick Road
Perhaps you remember the beautiful children’s story of the little girl in Wizard of Oz who was lost with her dog, Toto, when a cyclone disrupted her life and placed her in a mysterious world she did not understand? Dorothy was advised to “follow the yellow brick road” to lead her to the City of Oz where she could find help.
A similar frightening situation exists for children who have suddenly been taken away from their homes because of domestic abuse and neglect. You have the opportunity to help provide a home for these children by adding to the WVCCC Yellow Brick Road. The Kids Campus Ramada floor is being filled with a road of brick pavers in memory or honor of loves ones, or in celebration of a friend or WVCCC’s children.
You may join in this endeavor and help us fill the Yellow Brick Road. Just send in a $200 check (which is the amount of the annual tax credit for the working poor) and the following wording, 3 lines not to exceed 14 letters per line:
In memory/honor of
(Or … For the children)
Name of Honoree
