TYPES OF ESTATE GIFTS:
Restricted:
The corpus is held in perpetuity and the earnings are used to fund programs.
Unrestricted:
The board of Directors of West Valley Child Crisis Center has the flexibility to use the gift to meet current and changing needs.
Designated:
The gift is reserved for a specific program or purpose.
Undesignated:
The board has the flexibility to direct the gift to the highest need.
Donor Named Funds:
You can create a fund in your family name; in honor of a loved one or to support a specific program.
METHODS OF GIVING:
Wills – Include West Valley Child Crisis Center in your will. It may reduce estate taxes. You can remember WVCCC for a percentage of your estate, a fixed amount, specific assets or a remainder of your estate. Please notify us when you do!
Gift Annuities – A gift annuity contract provides:
- Guaranteed fixed income for life, a portion of which is tax-deductible
- A charitable income tax deduction on a portion of the gift
- Reduced capital gains taxes
- A gift to benefit the children of WVCCC!
Life Insurance:
You can remember WVCCC in an existing or new policy
Trusts – A charitable trust provides:

- A gift to benefit the children of WVCCC!
Real Estate:
A gift of commercial, residential, vacation or improved real estate to the West Valley Child Crisis Center and receive substantial financial benefits.
